This is a good cold salad. You can add chopped carrots or celery if you like. Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage |
1/3 cup margarine |
1/3 cup slivered almonds |
3 -5 green onions, chopped |
2 packages ramen noodles (noodles only, dry) |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1/2 cup oil |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Chop cabbage and onions, chill. 2. Saute next 4 ingredients together until crisp. 3. Before serving mix and toss with dressing. |
