Chinese Cabbage And Peanut Slaw |

This is a fantastic slaw. I obtained this from a neighbor who made this for our holiday block party last weekend. Yummy Ingredients:
6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon granulated sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
3/4 cup peanut oil |
1 small head napa cabbage cored and cut into wide shreds |
2 medium carrots grated |
2 green onions finely chopped |
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. In large bowl whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. 2. Gradually whisk in the oil until combined. 3. Add cabbage, carrots and green onions then toss well. |
