1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup brandy |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 piece fresh ginger, grated |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients; cook over low heat 10 minutes. Brush onto ribs or chicken and barbecue. |
