Chinese Barbecue Marinade |

This is quick to make, and ideal for chicken drumsticks or cubes of chicken breast or beef fillet threaded onto a skewer. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce |
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce |
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
1 tablespoon sunflower oil |
2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients well together and marinate your chosen ingredient for a minimum of 30 minutes, but overnight in a fridge would be ideal. Shake off any excess marinade before grilling. |
