my favorite only thing missing is the expensive pork they use , but u can get that at the store and add it.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 c water
1 egg
1/3 c chopped onion
1 1/2 c quick rice
3 tbsp butter
2-3 tsp soy sauce
Directions:
1. stir rice into boiling water cover and remove from heat let stand for 5 minutes. In a 10 inch skillet cook slightly beaten egg in butter add onion and rice. saute stirring over medium heat until mixture is lightly browned. mix soy sauce with 3/4 c water and stir into rice cook until browned.
