For ice cream lovers, try this unsual combination for your next ice cream dessert, recipe sent to me by a friend Ingredients:
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream |
1 tbs (15 ml) scotch whisky |
1/2 tsp (2 ml) extremely finely ground espresso coffee beans( could also be instanf coffee powder ) |
Directions:
1. Place the ice cream in a serving bowl, pour the Scotch whisky over it, and sprinkle with the coffee.
2. Makes one serving
