An Argentinian sauce/marinade. Especially good with grilled meats like steak. Adapted from a recipe by Ty Robbins on Ingredients:
4 ounces fresh parsley |
8 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup sherry wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Trim the very ends off the parsley stems. Put the parsley, stems and all, into a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Pulse 8-12 times until well blended, but not puréed. |
