Just whipped this up for breakfast this morning, and can't believe I never thought of it before! Ingredients:
2 large eggs |
1 tablespoon prepared chimichurri sauce |
1 dash cream |
1 teaspoon butter |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. 2. Combine the rest of the ingredients, mix well. 3. Pour into heated pan, let set on one side (about 1 minute), then flip. 4. Turn the heat off and let the omelette continue cooking in the pan for another minute. 5. Yum! |
