Ingredients:
cooking spray
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic (1 1/2 cups frozen prebrowned all vegetable protein crumbles, thawed)
2 tablespoons water
1 -2 tablespoon taco seasoning
8 tortillas, warm
6 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Spray medium skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium until hot.
2. Sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes; stir in protein crumbles, water and taco seasoning. Cook over medium heat until hot through, 2-3 minutes.
3. Spoon mixture into tortillas; top with cheese, salsa and sour cream. Roll up and fold one end for eating.
