4 boneless chicken breasts |
onion |
parsley |
carrot |
1 stalk celery |
bay leaf |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Put chicken into pot and cover with water. 2. bring to rapid boil. 3. after boiling skim fat off the top and reduce to low boil. 4. add diced onions, carrots, celery, bay leaf and salt and pepper. 5. let cook on low boil for an hour or until ready to serve. 6. when ready to serve, take out chicken and cut into pieces, add peices back into soup and enjoy. 7. Note: you make also cook noodles or rice and add once ready to serve. |
