Chilly baby corn is a awesome appetizer which everyone will like - vegeterians and meat eaters Ingredients:

1 packet baby corn or can |
1/2 cup corn flour |
1/4 cup rice flour |
red chilli powder |
1 tsp garlic + ginger paste |
salt to taste |
oil for deep fry |
condiments |
1 bunch of spring onions |
1 onion (sliced) |
2 garlic (crushed) |
3 tbsp soy sauce |
2 tbsp red chilli sauce |
1 tbsp tomato ketchup |
1tsp oregano (optional) |
vinegar (optional) |
2 tsb oil |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Cut Baby Corn length wise and cook (3 min)the corn in a pan using a cup of water with salt. drained keep aside. 2. Mix the flour and chilli powder, ginger garlic to make a paste (Batter) .Add Baby corn with the batter and then deep fry at medium flame.Remove and drain in paper towel . 3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large wok(kadai) 4. Add garlic, onions, spring onions fry till onions are pink 5. Add fried baby corn then add one by one sprinkle soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, tomato ketchup and oregano . 6. Stir well & ready to serve |
