Chilli Lime and Garlic Marinade |

Simply toss with your meat/fish/tofu for 20 mins or longer if you can. Will keep for 3 days in the fridge. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon chili paste |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
lime, juice and zest of |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together in a dish. 2. Rub over meat/fish/tofu and leave to marinade. |
