Another Australian Womens Weekly recipe. An Australian tablespoon is 20ml. Ingredients:
80 ml olive oil |
50 g butter |
6 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 red thai chile, finely chopped |
1 kg button mushroom |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Heal oil and butter in large frying pan. 2. Cook garlic, chilli and mushrooms, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Serve immediately. |
