Great with a cold Chardonnay Ingredients:
12 green prawns,shelled and de viened |
3 chillies chopped |
1 large piece of ginger sliced into strips |
2tblps peanut oil |
1 crushed clove garlic |
1/2 thinlley sliced capsicum |
1 leek sliced |
1 tsp chopped coriander |
2 nips brandy |
Directions:
1. Heat wok on high heat add oil garlic chilli and ginger. Stir fry 1 min. Add prawns, capsicum and leek. Stir fry till prawns are almost cooked. Add coriander mix. then flame with brandy |
