Chilli and Corriander Corn |

From Ingredients:
2 corn, on the cobs |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
3 tablespoons vegan butter |
Directions:
1. Cook corn on the cobs by boiling or steaming until soft. 2. Melt butter, add corriander (chopped fine) and chilli powder in a wok or frypan. 3. Then stir fry cooked corn cobs until butter has soaked through. 4. Add extra corriander on the corn cob for decoration. |
