Chilled Tofu With Applesauce and Granola |

down right American. Again NOT for beginning tofu users. Ingredients:
6 ounces tofu, drained and chilled |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup applesauce, chilled |
1/2 cup raisins |
1 dash cinnamon |
1/4 cup crunchy granola cereal or 1/4 cup nuts |
Directions:
1. Divide tofu in chilled serving bowls. 2. Mash tofu with salt. 3. Mix in Applesauce and raisins. 4. Top with cinnamon and granola. |
