Chilled Tofu With Applesauce and Granola

Ingredients:
6 ounces tofu, drained and chilled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup applesauce, chilled
1/2 cup raisins
1 dash cinnamon
1/4 cup crunchy granola cereal or 1/4 cup nuts
Directions:
1. Divide tofu in chilled serving bowls.
2. Mash tofu with salt.
3. Mix in Applesauce and raisins.
4. Top with cinnamon and granola.
