Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) package frozen unsweetened strawberries, partially thawed
1 (15-ounce) can pear halves in juice, undrained
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Cover and chill 1 hour.
