This is a very tasty and very refreshing cake loaded with pineapple taste. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
2 cups whipped cream |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 angel food loaf cake |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/2 cup sugar |
1-1/3 cup pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. Add 1 cup sugar to whipped cream then slowly fold in fruit juices. 2. Cut cake lengthwise into 1 thick slices then line bottom of loaf pan. 3. Layer with cake and whipped cream mixture alternately. 4. Refrigerate overnight then cut into squares. 5. Serve in chilled dishes. 6. Mix cornstarch and sugar together then add juice. 7. Cook until thickened and chill thoroughly. 8. Pour sauce over cake squares. |
