Chilled Orange Slices in Honey |

Light, cool drink/fruit course for those hot summer nights. From Secrets of the Spas by Catherine Bardey. Ingredients:
2 seedless oranges, peeled and cut into wedges. (save some of the peel for garnish if desired) |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 cup brewed orange pekoe tea, chilled |
Directions:
1. Place oranges in glass bowl or cup. 2. Dissolve honey in the tea and add to bowl. 3. Chill for 4 hours before serving. 4. Garnish with small strips of orange zest if desired. |
