Ingredients:
3 cups cubed fresh ripe mango
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup milk
garnish: prepared granola, fresh mint sprigs
Directions:
1. . In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, honey, and milk.
2. Puree until mixture is very smooth.
3. Refrigerate until well chilled, approximately 1 to 2 hours.
4. . Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of prepared granola and a sprig of fresh mint.
5. Serve cold.
