This is a another deep south recipe. It was always available at the BBQ block parties. It was a favorite of mine. Different! A nice side. Ingredients:
2 large cans peas, drained |
1 small jar pimento, drained |
2-3 stalks celery, diced |
1 1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup oil |
1 tsp. salt |
1 lg. onion, diced |
Directions:
1. Mix all together. 2. Chill for 24 hours. Serve. |
