Ingredients:
4 cups plain low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 english cucumber, peeled and chopped |
1 avocado, cut into 1/2-in. dice |
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint |
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill |
4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Whisk together yogurt, garlic, salt, spices, and 2 cups cold water in a large bowl. Add cucumber, avocado, mint, and dill, stirring gently to combine. Drizzle each serving with 1 tsp. oil. 2. Note: Nutritional analysis is per 2-cup serving. |
