This is cool, smooth, creamy and crabby! Not to mention, really pretty! Ingredients:
2 finely iced hard boiled eggs |
1 lb. fresh backfin crabmeat |
1/2 c. mayonnaise |
1/2 c. chili sauce (heinz) |
1 t. horseradish |
1 t. worcestershire sauce |
1/4 t. salt |
1/8 t. hot pepper sauce |
1 finely grated small onion |
Directions:
1. Pick through crab and remove any shell or cartiledge. Mix together everything BUT the crab. Once the sauce is blended well, then gently fold in the crab. Serve with crackers, chips or pita. |
