Love this stuff. I have to admit that I've eaten this hot too with a little salsa and jack cheese sprinkled on top Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chicken broth |
1/3 cup onion, minced |
1 large garlic clove |
1/2 lb. jalapenos, roasted seeded, and chopped |
8 oz. cream cheese, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 tsp. cumin |
1 cup half and half |
salt and white pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook time does not include chill time 2. Bring broth and onion to boil and let boil for 5 minutes 3. Cool 4. In food processor chop garlic and jalapenos 5. Add cream cheese, sour cream and cumin 6. Blend until combined 7. With motor running, add broth mixture 8. Blend until mixed well 9. Put in large bowl 10. Stir in half-and-half, white pepper and salt t 11. Chill for at least 2 hours |
