Keeps well in the fridge, for a couple of days. Extremely easy. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. |
