1 cantaloupe, cut into small chunks |
3/4 cup (unfiltered) apple juice |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients except mint in a blender until smooth. Chill. Garnish with mint. |
