Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

This is such a treat - I just love to serve it for cold salad meals, just delightful -
Ingredients:
2 cantaloupes, peeled and cubed
1/3 cup sugar
2 ounces ironworks arctic kiwi liqueur
2 tablespoons .fresh squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
4 teaspoons sour cream
1 fresh mint sprig
Directions:
1. Place cantaloupe in a food processor or blender. Add sugar, liqueur, lime juice and salt. Purée.
2. Chill for one hour.
3. Place in serving bowls, top with sour cream and a fresh mint leaf.
4. makes 4-6 servings.
