A scrumptious light soup with harmonious sweet, spiced, and minty flavours. Ingredients:
1/3 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed |
1/3 cup orange juice |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
5 mint leaves, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine cantaloupe and orage juice in a blender; process until smooth. 2. Transfer mixture into a large bowl. 3. Stir in lime juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 4. Chill for 1 hour. 5. Stir in mint leaves and serve. 6. Enjoy! |
