This is the perfect recipe for a summer afternoon! Add a icy glass of tea! Ingredients:
1 c. of cooked beets |
1 c. of crushed ice |
1 1/2 c. of sour cream |
2 tbsp. of lemon juice |
1/2 c. of small onion |
Directions:
1. First place the sour cream, lemon juice, onion and the beets into a 2. food processor. 3. Puree for a couple of minutes. 4. Finally, add the ice and chill. 5. Just before serving, add a dollop of sour cream. |
