This is so good served with chicken enchiladas! Feel free to jazz it up a little; I sometimes add more spices. It's quick and easy; perfect for those busy weeknights. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 tablespoons freshly minced onions |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and mix well. 2. Simmer for about 20-25 minutes. 3. Serve. 4. So easy! |
