Chilies And Cheese Spread

This is a zesty cheese spread great with tortillas. You can make it hotter by adding some Frank's® Hot Sauce.
Ingredients:
1 can chopped green chilies, drained (4 ounces)
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (4 ounces)
1/4 cup half and half
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
2 tablespoon ground cumin
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan.
2. In saucepan, over low heat, stirring constantly, heat until cheese is melted.
3. Pour into a bowl.
4. Cover and refrigerate about 8 hours or until firm.
5. Garnish with chopped red bell pepper.
6. Serve with tortilla chips.
