Very tasty and easy to make. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained |
2 (16 ounce) jars picante sauce |
4 cups cubed cooked chicken |
1 -2 teaspoon ground cumin |
shredded monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine beans, picante sauce, chicken and cumin. 2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 3. Sprinkle individual servings with cheese. |
