I wanted to make a Taco Salad that was super easy, quick, and built for one - here is what I came up with! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can chili |
2 cups greens |
3/4 cup salsa |
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream |
1/4 cup low-fat mexican cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat up Chili. 2. Fill a bowl with greens and add the rest of the ingredients. 3. Enjoy! |
