I wanted to make a Taco Salad that was super easy, quick, and built for one - here is what I came up with!
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can chili
2 cups greens
3/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup low-fat mexican cheese
Directions:
1. Heat up Chili.
2. Fill a bowl with greens and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Enjoy!
