off the Stove Top box Ingredients:
6 nlea serving or one package of stove top cornbread stuffing |
1 cup hot water |
1 pound lean ground turkey |
1 cup old el paso salsa, medium |
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese |
1 cup tomato sauce |
2 cups or 1 can kidney beans, undrained |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Add the hot water to the mix. Stir until moist and set aside. 2. Brown the meat in a large skillet and drain. Add the beans with their liquid, the tomato sauce and the salsa. Mix well. Spoon into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and top with stuffing. 3. Bake for 30 minutes. |
