This baked potato combination of chili, broccoli and cheese is a hit in our family! Prepare to have no leftovers! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
3 tablespoons flour |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup ketchup |
4 cups tomato juice |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 can kidney bean |
taco seasoning |
salt and pepper |
6 large baking potatoes |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion. 2. Add next 8 ingredients. 3. Meanwhile, bake potatoes until soft, cook broccoli according to package directions and melt cheese. 4. Add milk to the cheese to desired consistency. 5. Serve potatoes and layer with chili, broccoli and melted cheese. |
