1 pound ground beef |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
3 cups tomato juice |
1 can ( 16ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and dried |
6 ounces spaghetti, broken into 3 pieces |
1 tablespoon worchester sauce |
2-3 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon salto |
Directions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat,cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish; stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350* for 65-75 mins or until spaghetti is tender. Let stand, coverered, for 10 minues before serving. |
