Great comfort food. We love this on a cold or rainy afternoon or evening. Goes great with jalapano corn muffins. Ingredients:
2 pounds ground sirloin |
16 ounce can kidney beans |
40 ounces tomato sauce |
1 medium white onion chopped |
1/4 cup ketchup |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
2 cups cooked spaghetti |
Directions:
1. Brown sirloin and onions in large pan then drain well. 2. Add beans, tomato sauce, ketchup and chili powder then simmer for 1 hour. 3. Add spaghetti and cook 10 minutes longer. |
