Great comfort food. We love this on a cold or rainy afternoon or evening. Goes great with jalapano corn muffins.
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground sirloin
16 ounce can kidney beans
40 ounces tomato sauce
1 medium white onion chopped
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 cups cooked spaghetti
Directions:
1. Brown sirloin and onions in large pan then drain well.
2. Add beans, tomato sauce, ketchup and chili powder then simmer for 1 hour.
3. Add spaghetti and cook 10 minutes longer.
