Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 cup finely chopped onion (1 small) |
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper (1 small) |
1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 (16-ounce) can chili beans in mild sauce (such as bush's), undrained |
1 (15.5-ounce) can sloppy joe sauce (such as hunt's) |
1 (12-ounce) package frozen burger-style recipe crumbles |
10 (2-ounce) reduced-calorie wheat hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté 3 minutes. Add mustard and next 5 ingredients; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, uncovered, 9 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally. Spoon onto buns. |
