Grilled chili shrimp with a nice honey salsa. From Pillsbury. Ingredients:
3/4c salsa |
1 tbs. honey |
1/2 tsp cumin,ground |
1 tbs chili powder |
1 lb uncooked shrimp,deveined,tails half removed |
1 tbs butter |
1/2 tsp seasoned salt |
Directions:
1. Heat grill. Cut 18x12 sheet heavy duty foil. Fold up sides and corners to make pan with sides. Spray foil. 2. In small bowl,mix salsa,honey,cumin and 1/2 tsp. chili powder,set aside. 3. Place foil tray with shrimp in grill over med,cover grill.ook 8-10 mins,stirring or shaking tray occasionally to turn shrimp. until shrimp turn pink. 4. Serve with salsa mixture. |
