Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon minced chili pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients well.
2. Allow flavors to blend for 1 hour at room temperature.
