Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
4 (1-inch-thick) salmon fillets (about 1 1/2 pounds) |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
sweet pepper salsa |
Directions:
1. Combine chili powder, salt, and pepper; rub evenly over salmon fillets. 2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add salmon, cook 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with Sweet Pepper Salsa. |
