My husband and I like to treat ourselves to a shrimp appetizer twice a month when we have company over. This sauce goes wonderful with breaded jumbo butterfly shrimp. Ingredients:
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup chili sauce |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, chili sauce, lemon juice, horseradish and pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 1 cup. |
