This is a nice change-up to beef stroganoff Ingredients:
1 lb bulk pork sausage |
1 cup onion, finely chopped |
1 cup green pepper, chopped |
1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles |
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes |
1 cup sour cream |
3/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 -3 teaspoons salt |
1 -2 teaspoon chili powder |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat. 2. Stir in remaining ingredientes. 3. Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary to prevent sticking. |
