I got this from my gourmet sister who likes things HOT! Ingredients:
2 cups dried red chilies, stems removed |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 garlic cloves |
1/3 cup oil |
1 pinch sea salt |
Directions:
1. Fry chilis until roasted but not burned. 2. Puree: chilis, garlic, 1/3 c oil, and salt. |
