Very simple and deep flavor. Ingredients:
1 beef bouillon cube, crumbled |
2 tablespoons boiling water |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 lb flank steak |
Directions:
1. Combine bouillon cube and water until dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. 2. Rub mixture on steak. Cover and place in refrigerator 1 hour. 3. Grill or broil until desired doneness. |
