Try this low fat recipe as an alternative to Spanish rice! Prep time does not include the leftover rice cooking. Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice |
1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies |
2 cups fat free sour cream |
1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese |
pepper (i use alot) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a lightly oiled baking disk. 2. Bake in oven, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
