Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup(s) jack cheese shredded (6 oz) |
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded (4 oz) |
1 can(s) green chilies |
3 eggs |
3/4 cup(s) sour cream |
1 pie shell |
2 tablespoon(s) cornmeal |
Directions:
1. Line unpricked pie shell with double foul. Bake at 450 for 8 minutes then remove foil and bake 5 minutes more. Cool. 2. Reduce heat to 350. Sprinkle cornmeal in bottom of crust. In bowl combine cheeses, set aside 1/2 cup for topping. Add chilies to cheeses and sprinkle into crust. Beat eggs, mix with sour cream. Pour over cheeses. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350. Let stand 5 minutes |
