3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies, drained |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Place half the cheeses in a greaased 8-in square baking dish. 2. Sprinkle with chilies and remaining cheeses. 3. In a bowl, beat the eggs. 4. Add the milk and flour; pour over the cheese. 5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until set. 6. Cut into small squares. 7. Serve warm. |
