Ingredients:
13 ounce(s) can evaporated milk |
7 ounce(s) can green chile salsa |
7 ounce(s) can whole green chilies |
5 eggs |
1/3 cup(s) flour |
1 pound(s) shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 pound(s) shredded jack cheese |
8 ounce(s) tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Split chilies and remove seed and place in 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Cover with cheddar cheese. Mix eggs, flour, milk and beat. Pour over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 3540 min. Remove and top with tomato sauce and salsa. Top with Jack Cheese. Return to oven for 10 min. at 350 degrees. 2. (Option: Replace half four with Masa Harina) |
