Quick and easy queso that's really good! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chili |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into cubes |
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves |
Directions:
1. Place first three ingredients in saucepan over medium heat. Heat, stirring frequently, until cheeses are melted and mixture in well blended. Stir in chopped cilantro. 2. Serve warm with tortilla chips. |
